The building layout was conceived with a double loaded corridor, with units facing East & West orientation. The corner units having additional views to the North & South. Most of the units have private balconies facing Center City to the West or the Delaware River to the East. The South-West corner of the of the upper floors bumps out creating an open corner living space oriented to a picturesque skyline view. The combination of cantilevered volumes and balconies creates a dynamic and architectonic facade.
The façade is comprised with expansive glazing, pre-cast concrete cantilevered balconies, cast stone veneer, brick veneer, and a combination of flat and ribbed metal panels that create the main features of a modern urban and sleek look for this multi-family project. The ground floor is a composed of a concrete and steel podium that serve as the base of the building which is constructed of load bearing metal stud walls and pre-cast concrete planks.
The interiors of the residential units are characterized by open floor layouts adapted to city living with high ceilings and large panes of glazing that allow ample sunlight and great open views. The units are appointed with high-end appliances and finishes.
